Annals of Clinical Hypertension

Introduction

Hypertension is the medical condition for having persistently high blood pressure, when our heart has to work harder to push blood around our body. It is a long-term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is importunately elevated creating a major risk factor for coronary artery disease, stroke, heart failure and peripheral vascular diseases.

Annals of Clinical Hypertension is a stratagem of high-impact, methodically peer-reviewed manuscripts promoting detection, control and prevention of hypertension globally.

Annals of Clinical Hypertension serves as a podium to exchange valuable information among intellectuals associated with hypertension-related research and committed to the control of hypertension.

The manuscripts published in Annals of Clinical Hypertension dissimilate and exemplify hypertension as an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases and a major cause of morbidity and mortality.

Reasons for Publishing

Hypertension is one of the most common worldwide diseases afflicting humans and is a major risk factor for strokes, myocardial infarctions, vascular diseases and chronic kidney diseases. Despite extensive research over the past several decades, the etiology of most cases of adult hypertension is still unknown and control of blood pressure is suboptimal. Prevention and treatment of hypertension is still an important public health challenge.

In order to counter hypertension strongly, Annals of Clinical Hypertension instigated publishing manuscripts propelling recent advances and trials in hypertension research.

Annals of Clinical Hypertension devotes itself in playing a gigantic role in publishing and leading to an increased understanding of the pathophysiology of hypertension and promises to bring forth documentations on innovative pharmacologic and interventional treatments for the widespread evidence of hypertension.
